Worked for me, I am now playing without the cheat and am making a million with every harvest on several fields - and that's after paying the costs and the hired hands etc. With unlimited funds, you can make mistakes that won't kill your game, then you play for real with the knowledge you gained from cheating. Buying the chipper is an classic example until they iron out the many bugs it has. Buying an attachment is costly if you find out it won't do what you wanted it to do or it takes twice as long to do a job than a smaller and cheaper one.
